Lippard-Clawiter Distributions

The Lippard=Clawiter Foundation has released their distributions for the year 2016. Open to any Chouteau County organization. In 2016 they helped organizations to the tune of $437,947. In the thirty-four years the Foundation has been in existence they have paid out to Chouteau County organizations in excess of seven million dollars.

The current Board of Directors includes Allin Cheetham, Stan Klimas, Don Engellant, Robert Quinn and Darren Schuster.

In 2016 Big Sandy got the following allocations from the Lippard-Clawiter Foundation.

The Town of Big Sandy $10,000 to further equip the city parks.

Big Sandy Rotary $2,500 to help with Big Sandy youth.

Big Sandy Medical Center $10,000 to install new doors.

Big Sandy Medical Guild $5,000.00 for two new geriatric beds.

Big Sandy Library $25,000 continued finishes on new building.

Big Sandy Volunteer Fire Department $10,000 to update two trucks.

Big Sandy Historical Society $9,000 for operating expenses.

Big Sandy Volunteer Ambulance $5,500 for portable suction units.

Big Sandy Search and Rescue $5,000 for rope rescue equipment

Big Sandy Cultural Fund $5,000 for a book binding machine.
