Tester donates picture to Big Sandy Library

Sharla Tester has donated a print of the USS Billings, a Latora Combat Ship. She was honored to be the one to christen the ship in June at the Fincantieri Marinette Wisconsin ship yard.
The artists is Peter Has, he drew it in pencil and really did his research on the state of Montana. It has highlights of our state at the top, and has hidden treasures of Montana too. Sharla has donated this signed picture to the Jeff Reichlet Library in Big Sandy.
