Library gets an AWE computer donation

At the Jeff Reichelt Memorial Library by generous donation we were able to bring in an AWE computer. Thank you for making this computer station possible for the children of Big Sandy.

The state of the art touch-screen computers equipped with keyboard, mouse, and headphones are perfect for children ages 2 to 14. AWE literacy stations are: “a dynamic all-in-one digital learning solution for children. It requires no Internet connection, so it is safe and secure. The latest version features more than 70 educational software applications spanning seven curricular areas. The educational programs are pre-loaded on the computer and displayed using engaging graphics and intuitive menus.

Children, please come and try these computers purchased just for you in the library. You can play games, practice math, science, the piano, or just read a story with the Berenstain Bears. The AWE computer is so much fun while learning only found at your library.
