The Big Sandy Swim Team brought home another trophy this weekend. The Barracudas placed third at the Cut Bank swim meet, despite being short several swimmers. They finished 41 points behind the first place Conrad Swim Team.

Several Barracudas placed in the high point categories: Astrid Ketchum placed 10th and Henry Merrill placed 7th in the 8-under division. Jai Baumann placed 7th, Ryder Oats was 9th and Darrell SunChild was 10th in the 9-10 divisions.

Despite sustaining a knee injury, Kylee Sternberg swam to a 10th place finish and Lane Demontiney placed 9th in the 11-12 division. Amiya Griffith placed 4th, Anna Allderdice placed 5th and Jozlyn Baumann finished 7th in the 13-14-age division.

Lainey Gregory placed 6th and Jenna Leader brought home 2nd place in the senior division.

The Barracudas are off the weekend of July 7-8 and will resume their swimming schedule in Columbia Falls on July 14-15.
