Valentine's Day Man on the Street

February 10, 2016

Short of eating Kandi Moreno’s wonderful oriental Valentine’s Dinner at the Senior Citizens Center on February 15, “The Mountaineer” asked some of the Big Sandy damsels if they could have anything they wanted at all for Valentine’s Day, what would it be?

We think you will be as awe struck as we were at many of the answers.

Donna Jenkins-- I would like to go out to a good dinner.

Leslie Gregory- I want to go to Hawaii.

Kandi Marino- I would start with diamonds. You know diamonds are a girl’s best friend.

Crystal Geyer - Roses.

Jodi Thornton- A paint brush and a gallon of paint so I can paint the town red or get things done around my own house.

Cherri Stiles-------A day off.

Debbie Louvar------ My wish is for good health for my entire family.

Tina Rodewald-------I would like a big bouquet of flowers from Prairie Blossoms Floral and lots of chocolate to go with. All are available at The Grocery Store.

Linda Rutledge------A day off.

Lianna Heimbigner-----I would like a good steak dinner

Sherri Heppner- I am wishing for a Broncos win at the Super Bowl along with a steak and baked potato.

Tracy Rodewald- My wish is for a million dollars.

Maryetta Engle -Valentine’s Day is also my birthday and my wish is that cancer is cured for everyone!

Heather Pleninger - I wish for health and happiness for ourselves and our family and I hope that Thelma Mae Briney’s treatment continues to improve and I also wish for paved streets for Big Sandy.

Lorrie Merrill- I would like to take my camera and spend time in beautiful places just taking in all there is to see.

Mary Merrill- I need some time away from the kids so I can just read.

Pam Gasvoda- I am remodeling at my mother’s house and I wish it was finished. I would like to have it done.

Lis Maxwell- would like a nice dinner with my husband.

Anne Denning- I would like a rescue dog.
