The Leaders, Legends and Legacies Football Camp is again excited to announce that its 2016 camp will be in Belgrade, Montana June 22nd - 24th! The camp is an all-inclusive nonprofit event which is offered to all high school athletes who register to attend. Registration is $50 per participant. All meals are provided and each athlete will receive a camp T-shirt. High school football athletes from all across Montana and surrounding states are encouraged to take advantage of this exciting opportunity that is hosted and coached by current and former college and NFL players.
“The positive response to this camp from kids, coaches and parents has been overwhelming.” said Ty O’Connor, the camp’s organizer and former All American defensive lineman for Montana State University. “Our focus since day one has been to teach kids through the sport of football, the importance of leadership and developing a mental toughness to adversity both on and off the field. Our belief is that this helps to build better confidence and a healthy self-esteem.”
Highlights of this year’s camp includes a special team session on Thursday night at Bobcat Stadium on the campus of Montana State University. Campers will get to experience the excitement of a major college football atmosphere!
The camp is open to all high school athletes including both who are entering high school this fall as well as those entering college and who plan on playing football. Two $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to seniors or college freshman who plan on playing at any of the collegiate levels.
