Lunches include an entrée, potato, salad, vegetable, dessert and a drink and each costs $5.00 unless otherwise noted. Don’t forget to get ready to order your lunches for out in the field.

Menus for the coming week are as follows:

Wednesday, June 28 fish sticks, tator tots, coleslaw and dessert.

Thursday, June 29 chef salad and dessert.

Friday, June 30, bourbon chicken, rice vegetables, salad bread and dessert.

Monday, July 3 hotdogs, baked chips, watermelon and dessert for the Lunch of the Week.

Tuesday, July 4 Closed for the Fourth of July. Don’t forget the feed and fireworks in Big Sandy this evening.

How about a recipe for S’mores brownie pizza!

For the crust you will need

1/3 cup butter

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons sugar

For the brownies you will need

1 box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix

Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box

2 ½ cups miniature marshmallows

4 whole graham crackers broken into small pieces

½ cup Hershey’s Mini Kisses milk chocolate.

Heat oven to 350. Generously spray or grease a 12 inch pizza pan

In a medium bowl, mix crust ingredients. Press on to pan and bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden

Make brownie batter as directed on box. Gently spread brownies batter over graham cracker crust. Bake 23 to 25 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown. Watch as marshmallows will brown quickly.

Sprinkle Hershey’s Mini Kisses milk chocolate over marshmallows. Cool 20 minutes and top with chocolate bars sticking into marshmallows. Cool completely about one hour.
