Menu for the week

Wednesday, October 25: Chicken and Noodles over biscuits, veggie, salad, and dessert.

Thursday, October 26: Liver and Onions, potatoes, veggie, salad, bread, and dessert.

Friday, October 27: Cattle Men’s Hoagie, Fries, salad and dessert.

Monday, October 30: Tatter Tot casserole, veggie, salad, bread and dessert.

Tuesday, October 31: Chicken Kobbs, fruit salad, dessert.

HALLOWEEN SNACK MIX RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

6 cups caramel corn

2 cups salted cashews or peanuts

1-1/2 cups candy corn

1/3 cup raisins

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Yield: about 2 quarts.
