Congratulations to Ryan and Mikki Pansch who just this last week is operating Pep's with a temporary operating authority. Thy are waiting for the liquor license to come through, which should be any day. Ryan said, "Our current kitchen hours are 11 am to 10pm." Bar hours will vary.
"We did adjust the menu. We changed a few things. We've removed a few items that weren't selling a whole lot, but we also added a new salad!" I ate lunch there last week and the salad was getting lots of compliments!
