Learn how to use local ingredients to make from-scratch products during the upcoming From Scratch From Here workshop hosted by Montana Farmers Union from 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Saturday, April 25, at Brooks Market in Lewistown.
The event is open to community members. The $15 cost for MFU members or $25 for non-members includes all workshop materials needed to take home a pint jar of beef, lentils to sprout, condiment, beeswax wrap, and lunch. Attendees will also learn more about how to connect with local producers.
