Dani Norling is a Montana girl from Helena and this is her first teaching job, but she loves Big Sandy. "I loved the first week. It went by so fast. It was awesome." Dani teaches the 5th grade and has 11 students. I asked her what was her top priority and she said, "The biggest thing for me is building relationships with the students. Getting to know them, because, I don't think, especially with kids, you can't help them unless you get to know them.
