How to set Healthy Goals

Today’s article is going to be short, because I just want to challenge you. I want you to find a piece of paper, or poster board or even use a cool computer program. And here are some things I want you to do and/or think about.

I want you to write down some goals, and/or make a vision board. Here are some things you can think about while writing your goals down or making your vision board.

1. Think about what makes you happy. Truly happy.

2. Think about different aspects of your life. Your mental well-being, your spiritual well-being, and your physical well-being.
