Wednesday, November 25 - BLT Wraps, chips, and dessert.

Thursday, November 26- CLOSED! Happy Thanksgiving!

Friday, November 27-French Toast, Eggs, sausage Patty, fruit, and juice.

Monday, November 30- Chicken & Rice casserole, cucumber tomato salad, and dessert.

Tuesday, December 1- Birthday Dinner- Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, veggie, 3 Bean salad,a nd cake.

Wednesday, December 2- Goulash, veggie, jello, Garlic toast, and Apple Crips.

Broccoli Casserole with Rice

Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli

2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup

2 cups instant rice

¾ cup chopped onion

¼ cup butter

1 (16 ounce) jar process cheese sauce

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

Directions

Step 1 Cook rice as directed on box.

Step 2 Saute onions in margarine until done.

Step 3 Cook broccoli as directed on package and drain.

Step 4 Mix together broccoli, soup, rice, onion, butter or margarine, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 9 by 13 inch oven proof dish.

Step 5 Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
