On March 7th Marvin John Brodock, 76, of Fort Benton was arrested by Chouteau County Sheriff’s Office for Sexual Intercourse Without Consent and Sexual Abuse of Children. This was following the initial report and investigation made on the same day. A search warrant was served on Mr. Brodock’s residence later March 7th. Evidence from this search was brought to and processed by Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). Mr. Brodock was released from jail on March 10th by posting the $250,000 bond.
