The barracuda swim team under the leadership of Travis Baumann and Leslie Gregory traveled over 300 miles to Plentywood to compete for glory in the state competition. These athletes represented Big Sandy well, holding their own in many neck and neck races. Henry Merrill finished 1st in the 50 m freestyle event and 50 m fly with a personal best time of 26.65 and 28.10 respectively. Cassia Butler had 2 second place finishes in the 200 free and 50 m. fly.
