    We are working on a program to supply local beef at no cost to the school and senior center. We currently have 3-4 beef donated that will head to Livingston for processing the first parr of February. We are looking for 2-3 more bulls or cull cows in good condition that could be included this trip.     Please read this. This is important. Everyone should check to make sure they have a couple working carbon monoxide detectors in their house. Erica had put one in the house a couple of years ago. Erica and some of the kids had headaches yesterday. They thought it was just a bug going around. The detector went off last night as we all were going to bed.     The Big Sandy Chili Feed has always been filled with fun memories of firetruck rides, homecoming, and a chance to see your friends and neighbors. I don’t think I have missed one in almost forty years. However, this year’s Chili Feed has a different meaning to me than years past.
