The Big Sandy Pioneer girls and boys basketball teams have concluded their regular season schedule and now turn their attention to the District 9C Tournament.
The girls finished the season 1-13 in conference play and 1-17 overall but gave every opponent their best effort for 32 minutes.
The boys failed to win a game but they are young and improved over the course of the season.
Both teams enter the tournament as number eight seeds and will take on the top seeded Box Elder Bears in their first contest.
The boys will play Wednesday with tip off set for 1:00 p.m. The girls open Thursday at 11:00 a.m.
