The Big Sandy Pioneer basketball teams concluded the regular season this past weekend. The Pioneer boys picked up a 72-54 win over the Turner Tornadoes and fell 64-38 to the North Star Knights. The girls dropped a pair of contest to the Tornadoes 56-38 and to the Knights 71-40.

In the boys win over Turner it was again junior Bryant Jones leading the way. Jones poured in 41 points for the second weekend in a row.
