It’s that time of the year again! As school is starting up again, FFA is going into another season. So many people are excited for the new year, and the members plan on making it a great! To kick off the new year the FFA members are going to be holding a barbeque to introduce themselves to the community.
This year FFA has a new advisor and Big Sandy High School has a new shop teacher, Mr. Taylor. Mr. Taylor seems very excited to start the season and teach his Agricultural classes. Layne Taylor moved to Big Sandy this year with his wife Wendy Taylor and his two children Eron and Copper. The FFA barbeque is a great way to officially introduce Mr. Taylor into the community!
There is also plenty of new members coming into FFA this year! The barbeque is an amazing way to introduce them to the team and help them adjust to the excitement and responsibilities that comes with FFA. FFA stands for Future Farmers of America. FFA is a great way to learn about agriculture, leadership, and develop better social skills. The FFA members only hope for them to have the best transition into this
