Thursday, October 18- BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches, coleslaw, and brownies.

Friday, October 19- Taco salad in shell, and red Velevet cookies.

Monday, October 22- Beef tops over noodles, cucumber salad, and Gingerbread cake.

Tuesday, October 23- Chicken Chow Mein, Chinese Coleslaw, and Cupcakes.

Wednesday, October 24- Club sandwich, lettuce, ham, turkey, bacon, cheese, Carrot salad, and Pastio dessert.

Recipe of the week: Pumpkin, Apple

Streusel muffins.

You will need the following:

2 ½ cups flour

1 ½ cups sugar

1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice

2 teaspoons baking powder

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon soda

2 beaten eggs

1 cup canned pumpkin

½ cup oil

3/4cup milk

1 ½ cups diced, peeled apples

First combine flour, sugar, spice, baking powder, salt and soda.

Combine eggs, pumpkin, oil and milk and add to dry ingredients. Stir just until moist.

Fold in apple and add streusel topping. Then bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.

For streusel topping use 3 tablespoons flour, 1/3 cup sugar, ¾ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice and 2 tablespoons butter. Mix together and top the muffins with this mixture.
