Thursday, June 6- Chicken Alfredo w/ Broccoli over noodles, bean salad, and garlic toast.

Friday June 7- Super Nachos

NO SALAD BAR.

Monday June 10- Mac & Cheese with little smokies, zucchini, cucumber tomatoes Salad.

Tuesday, June 11 - BIRTHDAY DINNER: Baked Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, carrots, apple brie salad, and German chocolate cake.

Wednesday, June 12 - Lasagna, peas and carrots, Green salad, and Oatmeal Cherry cookies.

Recipe of the Week:

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Ingredients:

1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese

3/4 cup mayonnaise

8 ounces shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese

3/4 teaspoon garlic salt

8 slices French bread

2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded cheese and garlic salt. Beat until smooth.

2. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Spread cheese mixture on 4 slices of bread, then top with the other 4 bread slices. Lightly butter both sides of each sandwich. Place sandwiches in skillet, and grill until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
