Having trouble falling asleep? Has someone suggested taking a bath before going to bed to help you fall asleep? Have you found it to work? Here is a brief explanation of why it is believed to work.

Studies have found taking a bath approximately 90 minutes before going to bed triggers the body into the sleep cycle. Our body temperature is lowest when we sleep.
