In the latest of round of cancellations due to the COVID-19 crisis, the Big Sandy Rotary Club has decided to cancel their 2020 benefit dinner. The club felt that the uncertainty surrounding the timeline of the school reopening, the restrictions placed on crowd sizes and concerns for the healthy of our at-risk population would not allow for a reschedule of the banquet in a time frame that would allow enough time between the 2020 dinner and the 20201 dinner.

Rotary members will be contacting businesses who have donated cash/prizes and individuals who had already purchased tickets for the 2020 banquet. Ticket holders may keep their ticket for use at the 2021 banquet or their purchase can be refunded. Businesses may also have prizes/cash sponsorships returned or held over for the 2021 banquet. Any questions or concerns can be directed to any Rotary Club member. The club would like to thank the community for their continued support.
