Bob Boettcher was born in Big Sandy in a private home. Born into a musical family, Bob said, "My mother was, really the whole family was musical, but mom made sure that all three of us kids were musical too!" He's been singing from the very beginning.
This Good Friday I attended the Christ Lutheran Church and Bob was singing a song called Take My Mother Home which he has sang at other Good Fridays Services. It's become a tradition at Christ Lutheran. Bob said, "It's a very special time."
