American Legion Post has two scholarships every year for our children within the school district. One is the rhetorical which is on the constitution that they have to write a speech the other is to prepare the essay which took first place. Severin Heimbigner, son of Conrad and Lianna Heimbigner won and earned a $1,000 scholarship.
