BIG SANDY – The Town of Big Sandy is taking a major step toward revitalizing its downtown by addressing one of its most blighted properties. Originally constructed in 1916, the Big Sandy Hotel first served as a hotel and was later converted into apartments before sitting vacant for the past two decades.
