The past few weeks I have covered canning and freezing foods. An additional method of preserving food is dehydration. Dehydration of food is one of the oldest and simplest methods of food preservation. During the dehydration process, moisture is removed from the food. On Sunday, March 15th Governor Bullock announced he was closing schools across Montana due to rising concerns about the Coronavirus. We had already planned to take the next day off as a snow day and we used it to make plans for how we would proceed with distance learning. The Big Sandy Barracuda's swim practice is started June 2, according to Travis Baumann head coach with a 5:45 AM older/Advance Swimmers starting time.
