The Big Sandy boys and girls basketball teams fell on Thursday to the Box Elder Bears in what would be their only contest of the weekend. The top seeded Box Elder Bears raced past Big Sandy 68-22 after jumping out to a 48-11 half time lead. Big Sandy was paced on the night by junior Jaylyn Cline's eight points. The Pioneer girls and boys varsity basketball teams faced the Longhorns in Fort Benton on Friday and hosted the Chinook Sugarbeeters on Saturday.
